Tracey started Striped Apron Bakery in 2013 after becoming a mum. What began as a hobby business has expanded over the years and alongside primarily baking wedding and celebration cakes, Tracey also supplies a local cafe and has a fortnightly stall at Wyken Vineyards farmers’ market.
